Description |
The record on appeal transmitted by the lower tribunal clerk contains multiple indices, is not consecutively paginated, and is not paginated so that the page numbers displayed by the PDF reader exactly match the pagination of the index. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.200(1)(A), (B), (C)(ii). On June 25, 2024, the lower tribunal clerk transmitted a supplemental record index, but a supplemental record was not authorized by this court. Accordingly, the record on appeal, record indices, and supplemental record index are stricken. Within twenty days of the date of this order, the lower tribunal clerk shall prepare and transmit an amended record that fully complies with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.200 and:
• contains a single index;
• is paginated consecutively and in such a manner that the page numbers displayed by the PDF reader exactly match the pagination of the index; and
• includes the exhibits listed in the supplemental index.
Within twenty days of transmission of the amended record, Appellant shall serve an amended initial brief that cites to the amended record. Amendment to the initial brief beyond updates to the citations will not be permitted absent leave of court.
