Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.52(b): Employees were subjected to sound levels exceeding those listed in table D-2 of 29 CFR 1926.52 and feasible administrative or engineering controls were not utilized to reduce sound levels On or about January 22, 2020, at 1645 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132, an employee cutting concrete using a hand held electric cut-off saw was exposed to continuous noise of 134.6% of the permissible daily noise (8 hour time weighted average (TWA) sound level of 90 dBA) or an 8-hour TWA sound level of approximately 99dBA during the 298 minute sampling time. Exposure calculation include a zero increment for the minutes not sampled.
