I did not sign a contract with this company and I have no signature or binding contract with this company ARC Management Group , LLC. Therefore I want them to delete account from my credit report! Asap! Or I will take legal action. They bought an account and are trying to charge me for something I do not owe there. Please provide information where I signed a binding contract with ARC Management Group , LLC and also show point of contact. Please delete from my credit report asap! Thank you As of XX/XX/2021, an amendment to Regulation F, which implements the FDCPA, says that a debt collector can't report a debt to the three major credit reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, before first contacting the consumer. The debt collector must : speak to the consumer in person or by phone or mail a letter or send an electronic message, like an email, about the debt to the consumer and then wait a " reasonable period of time '' ( at least 14 consecutive days ) to see if a notice of undeliverability comes back.
If the collector gets a notice that the letter or message was undeliverable, the collector can't report the debt to the credit reporting agencies unless it achieves communication as detailed above. ( 12 C.F.R. 1006.30 ( a ) ( 1 ) and Official Interpretation of 30 ( a ) ( 1 ) ).

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, I received a call from XXXX on a cell phone which has been registered on the national do not call registry since XXXX. I have seen previous calls form this number and refrained from answering them as I believed them to be spam calls given the caller ID name appeared to be XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have never been to a XXXX XXXX in my life and do not believe there is a hospital with this name anywhere near where I live, work, or visit.
Upon answering, the call immediately played hold music, suggesting that a robodialer was used to call me. The call then transferred to " XXXX. '' She correctly identified my first and last name. She asked me to verify my date of birth and/or address. I advised her that I do not provide such information to unsolicited callers. She said something immediately after this about when I am " ready to provide '' the requested info and then immediately disconnected the line before I was able to get another word out.
I called back and spoke with " XXXX '' ( spelling? ) who transferred me to " XXXX. '' I advised her I did not wish to be contacted by phone again. She responded that the number would be removed and additionally stated they've mailed me several times.
To date, I have never received a single letter from these folks. I refuse to provide my date or birth and/or written address to an entity that will not identify who is allegedly owed, what amount is allegedly owed, and for which good and/or service it is owed. Based upon the name, this company appears to collect medical debt and, to my knowledge, I have no unpaid medical bills for any provider or facility.

To whom it may concern, ARC Management Group is wrongfully reporting on my credit report that I owe them a debt of {$2600.00} I did not enter into any agreement with this company. I was also not aware of this debt and they gave me no notification of said debt and did not even give me a chance to potentially validate such debt. They may also be violating my rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) as I did not give them or any other company the right to share my personal information with them. Also, again, no written or oral contract or agreement was signed between me and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also sent them a letter in the mail requesting that they send me the necessary information for the debt and give me a chance to potentially validate it, to which they never replied. I did not receive any form of communication from them and they did not give me any chance to potentially validate this debt. I did not enter any written or oral agreement with this company and I don't even know where these charges came from. My SSN ends in XXXX.

I need this resolve, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, these disputed items may not appear on my credit report if they can not be supported by any evidence ( 1 ) In general No person ( company ) shall sell, transfer for consideration, or place for collection a debt that such person has been notified under section 1681c-2 of this title has resulted from identity theft.
( 2 ) Applicability The prohibitions of this subsection shall apply to all persons collecting a debt described in paragraph ( 1 ) after the date of a notification under paragraph ( 1 ).
( 3 ) Rule of construction Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to prohibit -- ( A ) The repurchase of a debt in any case in which the assignee of the debt requires such repurchase because the debt has resulted from identity theft ; ( B ) the securitization of a debt or the pledging of a portfolio of debt as collateral in connection with a borrowing ; or ( C ) the transfer of debt as a result of a merger, acquisition, purchase and assumption transaction, or transfer of substantially all of the assets of an entity.
A person that furnishes information to any consumer reporting agency shall have in place reasonable procedures to respond to any notification that it receives from a consumer reporting agency under section 1681c-2 of this title relating to information resulting from identity theft, to prevent that person from refurnishing such blocked information.

In XXXX, 2015 I entered a written dispute with ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP reference account number XXXX as contained on my consumer credit profile at XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Specifically alleged, ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP was attempting to collect a debt for which I had no knowledge and alleged was potentially opened by an unknown third party. Moreover, said account was appearing XXXX on my consumer credit profile notwithstanding the allegation of a single debt owed.
ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP failed to investigate, verify, or validate said debt. Although I also filed a cease and desist demand with ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP an absolute requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act is to report said debt as disputed pending resolution of an investigation. ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP failed to report said debt as disputed and failed to conduct an investigation into my allegations of potential fraud. As such, my credit worthiness has been negatively impacted by the erroneous reporting of this account.
A review of records compiled by the state XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in Florida indicates that ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP is not currently licensed to conduct business pursuant to section XXXX, Florida statute. As such, the imposition of this debt and the erroneous reporting to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX is an unfair and deceptive trade practice.
Several phone calls to ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP have met upon deaf ears. When I called to inquire on the status of the disputed account, I was advised that Florida licensing was not required. I was further advised that the debt remained due notwithstanding a lack of validation and claim of potential fraud. At this point the call was terminated. My written dispute remains outstanding. Said account remains on my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX notwithstanding the existence of a dispute, lack of validation, and my allegations of potential fraud.
A full and complete deletion of offending ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP collection account from my credit report at the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX consumer reporting agencies.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by XXXX that a collections account had been placed on my report. The collections company was listed as ARC Management Group LLC and the creditor information was listed as XXXX purchased business ( see attached ). It states that this is a medical creditor but does not include any contact details regarding the creditor. I immediately disputed this information with XXXX as I had NEVER received ANY communication from ARC Management Group and am unaware of any outstanding medical bills. XXXX responded to my dispute by stating that the information was 'verified as accurate and updated ( see attached ). I called XXXX to request a copy of the information that was submitted to them as proof to verify the debt as accurate and the operator was unable to offer any information other than letting me know I should contact ARC Management Group directly at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX ( see notes from XXXX ) XXXX I sent a certified letter to ARC on XX/XX/XXXX requesting verification of the debt. I also tried calling them at the number given to me by XXXX and was not able to speak with a live operator. The letter requesting additional information ( copy attached ) was delivered to the front desk receptionist and signed for at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached delivery confirmation ). As of today 's date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I have yet to receive ANY response to my letter or communication. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received the original letter back in the mail marked 'Return to Sender ' ( see attached photo ). So, after having the letter in their possession for over a month, they not only failed to contact me regarding my request for debt validation, they decided to reseal the letter and return it to me as if it had never been in their possession. This company is very obviously not afraid to lie and commit fraud. ARC Management Group LLC never sent me a notice of debt prior to reporting to the credit bureau and has falsely returned my letter as if they never received it rather than send me the proper notice of debt and documentation regarding the validity of this collections account on my credit agency report ( XXXX ).

I am allowed under the HIPAA law ( Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of XXXX ) to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties. I do not recall giving permission to ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for them to release my medical information to a third party. I am aware that the HIP AA does allow for limited information about me, but anything more is to only be revealed with the patient 's authorization, therefore my request is twofold and as follows : Validation of Debt and HIPAA authorization Please provide a breakdown of fees including all collection costs and medical charges Please provide a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my medical information to you Immediately cease any credit bureau reporting until debt has been validated by me Please respond by sending this information and accept this notice as my formal debt validation request, which I am allowed under the FDCPA.
Please note that withholding the information you received from any medical provider in an attempt to be HIPAA compliant can be a violation of the FDCPA because you will be deceiving me after my written request. I am requesting full documentation of what you received from the provider of service in connection with this alleged debt.
Furthermore, any reporting of this debt to the credit bureaus prior to allowing me to validate it may be a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which can allow me to seek damages from a collection agent.
I await your reply with the above requested proof.

On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXARC Management Group LLC added a derogatory mark on my credit report per Credit Karma. Upon further research, Debtors creditor did NOT verify this collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contract or SIGNATURE for this accused debt at all. A billed without a signature does NOT validate the debt. According to the FCRA. ARC Management Group has violated my rights as a consumer and per the HIPAA/PHI law and I am requesting legal action to remove this account immediately from my report.

I disputed on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. however it's been more than 30 days and the credit bureaus failed to send my investigation back. this is not making any sense.
According to the law 15 U.S. Code 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy. if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer 's file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the dispute information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ). before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller
