Crossbraces were used as a means of access: On or about 2/4/2021, at 60 14th Street, Lot 4, in the city of Naples, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10ft or more for not ensuring a 4-tier scaffold was erected with a portable ladder, hook-on ladder or an attachable ladder. |

Naples Executive Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256644, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/24/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1423 2nd Ave Lot 42 Naples FL 34101. |
