ORD-SUA SPONTE ~ Appellant's appendix to the initial brief contains certain bookmarked items—specifically a transcript of the hearing held on the motion for summary judgment—related to the issues on appeal that are not currently part of the record on appeal. Although the parties may provide an appendix containing anything that is part of the record on appeal, this court cannot consider appendix items that have not been included in the record or a supplemental record on appeal. See Fla. R. App. P 9.220. Accordingly, appellant shall have ten days from the date of this order to make arrangements with the clerk of the circuit court for the supplementation of the record on appeal with the items in the appendix that are not otherwise part of the record on appeal and to provide a status report to this court indicating that such arrangements have been made, failing which the appeal will proceed on the briefs and actual record currently before this court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.200(f). The clerk of the circuit court shall transmit the supplemental record on appeal within ten days following the receipt of the appropriate designations and directions from the appellants. We further note that if appellants have not provided the record items needed for this court’s review, the order on appeal may be subject to affirmance pursuant to Applegate v. Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, 377 So. 2d 1150 (Fla. 1979).
