PLEASE PROVIDE SEPARATE COST FOR ITEMS ONE (1) AND TWO (2). 1. PREPARE WRITTEN CONDITION ASSESSMENT WITH COMPLETED FLORIDA SITE FILE HISTORIC STRUCTURE FORM AND INCLUDING A LOCATION MAP AND SITE PLAN (APPROPRIATE FOR NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES NOMINATION). PROVIDE DETAILED CONSTRUCTION PLAN FOR RESTORATION OF STRUCTURE (READY FOR CONSTRUCTION BID) WITH LIST OF RESTORATION MATERIALS NEEDED AND ESTIMATED COST FOR COMPLETE RESTORATION. DETAILS: WINDOWS, DOORS, CHIMNEY AND FIREPLACE F. 3-DIMENSIONAL ISOMETRIC VIEW OF STRUCTURE (EXACT CONFIGURATION IS CHOICE OF CONTRACTOR) INCLUDE TIME TABLE FOR COMPLETION OF ITEM NO. 1 (WITH AND WITHOUT ITEM NO. 2). CONTRACT TIME: WORK ON ANY RESULTANT CONTRACT IS EXPECTED BO BEGIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ACCORDING TO CONTRACTOR'S SCHEDULE.
