I faxed Financial Credit Services a letter on XXXX XXXX, 2015, asking for information regarding medical collections they have listed on my credit report. On the letter, all account # s were listed. I received XXXX letters dated XXXX XXXX that only addressed XXXX of the XXXX accounts that I questioned. The letters I received acknowledged the receipt of my request and that they would place the account in a dispute status until they received documentation from the original creditor. Needless to say, as of today, I have yet to receive validation. I have contacted Financial Credit Services and spoke with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX who stated that they will not be removing the account although they have not validated the debt. I explained they ca n't continue to report an account that they have n't provided validation for.

I received XXXX letters for regarding accounts # XXXX and # XXXX. The letters from Financial Credit Services were dated XXXX XXXXXX/XX/2015. They said I owed XXXX amounts XXXX {$250.00} and XXXX {$500.00}. It said it was from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, but did n't give any detail. I did not recognize the debts and do not believe them to be mine, so I requested validation and proof I owed them the alleged debts. In the letter I requested competent evidence I had a contractual obligation to pay them the alleged debt. I also disputed the debt and asked for validation including copies of any agreements signed by me, explanation of the amount, identify the original creditor, if any insurance claims were submitted alone with either documents regarding assignment of the alleged debt or proof the alleged debt was purchased. I later received XXXX letters, XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, saying the requested information was enclosed. Neither letter specifically addressed any of my concerns nor provided any of the information I requested. XXXX " letters '' provided online print-out of basis coded information. The XXXX account for {$250.00} did not even list my name but my daughter 's name and the account # XXXX showed my name, but does n't provide any information regarding what the debt was for, that it is my debt. The online prints out are very basic and encrypted. I subsequently mailed them XXXX more letters via certified mail notifying them that the online printouts do not qualify as validation or specific proof the debts are mine or I have any obligation to pay them. I still do not know what the debt was for nor do I have any clue they own or was assigned the debt. Financial Credit Services did not respond do either of the XXXX letters and on XXXX XXXX submitted the debts against my credit report. I believe their practice is against the law and does not comply with the debt collection policies. I do not owe these debts and they will not provide proof I owe them.

XXXX XXXX XXXX in Florida is also known as Financial Credit Services. They are both the same Collection Agency. I have never received any notification by mail that I had any Medical debt with this Collection Agency ( s ). Therefor I did not even receive any notice of my rights to dispute. In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX did not disclose any communication that this was an attempt to collect a debt. I did not know this company was reporting multiple and duplicate Medical collections until I pulled my consumer credit reports from all three credit agency 's. At that time, I took my legal right with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and disputed them. Over the last 60 days they were deleted from Credit Reports only to find out GulfCoast Collection re-reported the same collection back on my Consumer Reports under their other company name, which now shows as an entirely new collection with XXXX and the others. This has reduced my FICO score substantially where I now find myself in a serious negative situation with banks and lenders not to mention it is impossible for me to now purchase a home. I am XXXX and even tried to resolve this directly with the company only to be treated unethically, unprofessionally and talked to in a threatening manner. They refuse to cooperate and work with me to resolve this matter in any way what so ever.

Down loaded XXXX Credit Reports XXXX/XXXX/16. XXXX reported a new collection listed from a new CA, repeat of collection of " Original Creditor '' XXXX XXXX XXXX. As previous reports, un-registered ( licensed ) CA reporting {$730.00} alleged debt. As prior reports CA is XXXX I 've never had any contact with, no collection attempts, no phone calls, no demand letters, they just show up on CRA reports. In reading XXXX report it states " closed '', however when I contacted XXXX they stated that the report was still active. I 've uploaded a copy of letter to XXXX, copy of their report & XXXX ( XXXX ) report regarding XXXX. Same issue as XXXX reporting of alleged debt by XXXX. Same continuing story, it will pass from disreputable CA to the next. If the claim were legitimate Original Creditor should have no problem hiring a licensed CA to represent the company, yet???? I 'll keep disputing claim.

XXXX This first contact document ( included with this " dispute '', Since no other documentation was provided to me prior either through electronic means or at my known & lawful residence, I must consider this my first contact notification of any alleged debt. ) 809. Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ] ( a ) Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing -- ( 1 ) the amount of the debt ; ( 2 ) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed ; ( 3 ) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector ; ( 4 ) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector ; and ( 5 ) a statement that, on the consumer 's written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor Since the First Contact ( XXXX Letter ) fails to meet these provisions & no further letters have been received either electronically or at my known & lawful address meeting the provisions of [ 15 USC 1692g ] within the five days limit set in the provision, I call upon the XXXX ( a Department of the United States Government Fair Trade Commission ) to act within its legal capacity, and ( its intended purpose to protect the consumers of the United States of America ) from illegal & abusive practices. I call upon the XXXX to order the removal of this item from my credit report produced by XXXX & any other Credit Reporting Agencies with similar entries. The XXXX has a legal responsibly to act in this matter.

Violation of Hippa, Hitech regulations, unlicensed debt collector, no attempts to claim debt, just reports PHI on CRA 's site. Multiple complaint regarding the alleged debt w/ XXXX CA 's seemingly working together no proof of Associates Agreement w/ " original creditor '', on going investigation from Florida Department of Financial Regulation regarding collection activities of XXXX agencies.
XXXX lost claim with XXXX, same claim submitted by " different '' CA ... if you look @ mail receipts from certified mail I 've sent same person signs for mail, They 've lost @ XXXX CRA, use different Company to submit same claim @ different CRA, never a direct attempt made to " collect debt '', just reporting to CRA 's is their tactic.
Chief concern is HIPPA violations by original creditor, multiple breaches of privacy & security of PHI ( how many of these " low end '' agencies are going to end up w/ my PHI? ) Have filed complaint w/ OCR , FLoFR, next is asking Florida AG consumer affairs. multiple violations of fdcpa, facta, HITECH Breaches ...
Investigations are warranted. They ca n't just shop this alleged claim from disreputable collector, another without end ... They 've lost their claim, how long do I have to put up with these XXXX getting away with this? ... asking the FEDERAL GOVERMENT TO ACT. IN THIS CASE!

FINANCIAL CREDIT SERVICES REPORTED COLLECTION CLAIM ON EXPERIAN XX/XX/2016 Prior to reading claim on Experian, I had never heard of CFS, no contacts have ever been made, I read the report on XXXX ( since they have made no attempt to contact me in any way, I consider the first contact to be XX/XX/2016 ) Since they reported the claim XX/XX/2016 & yet to inform me they are in violation of 15 USC 1692 ( a ). This is just an act of harassment done at the bidding of XXXX XXXX XXXX, they have no real intent to attempt collection of this alleged claim. Further they have noted the involvement of an Attorney ( An attempt to excite & intimidate me ) After this complaint is completed I will once again head off to the USPS to mail yet another certified letter asking for Validation of claim ( just as I have with other CA 's ) & a letter to XXXX asking for deletion of alleged claim ) This process will continue until some type of official intervention is made, If XXXX had a claim that was verifiable, they should have no problem providing me with that proof. Am uploading the copy I have of XXXX 's report along with my Validation letter. I am a poor man, I depend on XXXX for income and live well below the poverty line, ( my food budget goes to pay for certified mail ) I have requested low cost legal aid & have been approved, yet, have received no assistance from them. I still doubt that this claim belongs to me & have been offered no prove that it does. I continue to act PRO SE IN MY EFFORT TO FEND OFF THESE ATTACKS ...
