On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area near the small MEP Bending Machine workstation, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that an extension cord was used in place of fixed wiring to run a fan. c. On or about 12/12/2019, south-east side of the fabrication area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, two extension cords were plugged on a receptacle mounted on an exterior beam and were used in place of fixed wiring. |
