Complaint What Happened I am being billed and rebilled for a Debt at a Hospital that is not mine. It started in XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX plus. I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and disputed this in person in XX/XX/XXXX and was told to disregard this bill. Now I am getting this reported anew on Credit Agencies as derogatory information in collections As of XX/XX/XXXX now at XXXX. The new Collection letter states this bill was generated on XX/XX/XXXX. I had disputed this at XXXX and it partially went away and now its being reported as a new Collection and is in fact the same from XX/XX/XXXX

Complaint What Happened I know CFPB is getting tired of me but until this stops I have no choice. I have submitted two complaints to CFPB concerning a medical bill that is not mines that had been reported by XXXX Case Number XXXX & XXXX. It was proven that they had been lying about this file and kept reporting this even though the file had been proven to not be mines and lying to CFPB about them deleting this file. Notice after I proved that they were lying they never responded back. The reason they never responded back was because they were to busy finding another collection agency to report the false file. XXXX sold the file to Credit Management Control and they have reported this in both XXXX and XXXX reports. This is really getting out of hand and I am about ready to take legal action against these people. This medical bill is not mines and it had been proven with XXXX. Why is this file jumping from XXXX collection agency to the next after being proven false?
