Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal to comply with my request. I recently submitted a letter regarding the inaccuracies and unfamiliar items on my credit report, but it's now been over 30 days, and I haven't received any response. This lack of action is really concerning. According to Section 611 ( a ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), youre required to investigate disputed items within 30 days, and if you don't, those items must be removed from my report.
Since it's been more than 30 days, I expect my credit report to be updated immediately, reflecting the removal of the disputed accounts. If this isn't resolved quickly, Ill have no choice but to consider legal action, as this ongoing delay has caused me considerable stress.
Additionally, I was affected by the XXXX, Experian, and XXXX data breaches, which makes me even more worried about how my personal information is being handled.

I have reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had two late payments on an account that I was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to experian asking them to investigate account XXXX XXXX account # XXXX. The tracking # XXXX I received a letter from experian saying that the information was accurate.
i just recently looked over my account XX/XX/XXXX and noticed the information is still reporting inaccurately. The credit reporting agency is not reporting accurate information on the report. The dates are different the amounts are different and the report is not a 100 percent accurate.
USC 15 1681 i Expierian did not do a proper investigation of this account and did not up hold law and lied on a official documents saying they did something they didn't do. I have evidence to prove my case.

I have called, emailed, disputed, and been given the run around on this issue too many times. I have a school loan and owe two different companies for the same loan now ive been told. It is reflected on my credit report 15 times. There is no reason for it to be on my report so many times for the same account. It is very detrimental to my credit and to anyone who looks at it when it is required! Showing that many bad marks for one account is against code law! I do not owe XXXX or XXXX those accounts are not valid.

In accordance with the fair credit reporting act. The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681.
I told Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts : Account name : XXXX XXXX Account name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account name : XXXX XXXX. However, they stated everything was completed accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that arent reported correctly.
15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that information is inaccurate.

Subject : Complaint Against XXXX XXXX XXXX Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a payment plan issue that has significantly impacted my credit standing. I believe the practices followed by XXXX XXXX XXXX in setting up and managing this plan are unethical and irresponsible.
In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, I have the right to privacy, and a consumer credit agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Furthermore, under 15 USC 166b, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card as late for any purpose.
In 2023 during a XXXX XXXX, I enrolled in a payment plan offered through the XXXX XXXX XXXX app. Unfortunately, the app failed to adequately inform me that to avoid late payments being reported to credit bureaus, I needed to pay XXXX months in advance. Despite XXXX XXXX XXXX automatically deducting monthly payments from my bank account on time, my credit report was adversely affected due to the lack of upfront information.
Upon discovering this discrepancy, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times to seek assistance. Each time, I was assured that the issue would be rectified. However, the problem persisted, and no resolution was provided. Furthermore, I did not receive any letters or communications explaining the terms of the payment plan and the potential impact on my credit.
I find it unethical and irresponsible for XXXX XXXX XXXX to establish a payment plan through an app without transparently disclosing the requirement to pay XXXX months in advance, thus jeopardizing my credit during a challenging financial period. An option to pay in advance, which I could have afforded, was not provided, nor were there any clear disclaimers during the enrollment process.
I kindly request the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 's intervention to investigate this matter thoroughly. I seek the following resolutions : Immediate Correction : Rectify the reporting discrepancies on my credit report caused by this payment plan.
Transparency : Ensure that XXXX XXXX XXXX provides clear and transparent information regarding the terms and potential credit impact of any future payment plans.
Communication : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to communicate the terms of payment plans explicitly to customers, including any potential consequences on their credit.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will conduct a fair and thorough investigation into this complaint.

I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
