On or about 2/2/2021, near the entrance of the Sheriff's office, two employees were directed to secure tarps that were acting as a wind-debris barrier along a walkway that was enclosed by scaffolding. The scaffolding had not been inspected by a competent person before the start of the workday and the scaffold did not have guardrails installed or a safe means of access, thus exposing the employee to a 11 foot fall hazard.
