Complaint What Happened Re : Collection Accounts : # XXXX # XXXX I am sending this letter to you in response to you reporting the above referenced accounts. Be advised, this is not a refusal to pay, but validation is requested. I respectfully request that your office provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. If your offices have reported inaccurate information to any of the three major Credit Bureau 's ( XXXX, XXXX or XXXX ), said action might constitute fraud. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent I will not hesitate in bringing legal action against you. I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your offices to my home or to my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls or correspondence sent to any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit.

Complaint What Happened In response to me previous complaint regarding disputed false accounts # XXXX and # XXXX, Accounts Receivable falsely claim that " consumer has never directly contacted our office, only through CFPB, XXXX and through credit reporting agencies ''. This allegation is false as I have contacted Accounts Receivable directly but they have not responded. Also, Accounts Receivable claims that they " verify identification as accurate '' which claim is also false as they are showing an incorrect ( among several other inaccuracies ) unit number XXXX as part of my address instead of the correct one XXXX. Also, they are not showing any proof of debt with my signature - only meaningless computer generated fake or somebody else 's statements.
