Complaint What Happened This complaint is in response to a previous complaint ending in XXXX. 1st Franklin 's response is unacceptable under the FCRA ; thus, they're in violation of it. Computer printouts ( and them circling boxes on there ) means nothing under the law and ARE NOT acceptable or viable means of verifying or validating an account or inquiry. They are REQUIRED to provide me with a document with my actual signature on it or else remove the inquiry, as ALL items on a consumer 's credit report must be verified / validated with original documentation BEARING THE CONSUMER 'S SIGNATURE. This is law. If they do not provide this, then they need to immediately delete that inquiry reported in my credit files for XX/XX/2017.
