Complaint What Happened I have previously disputed with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX regarding several accounts which I found inaccurate. Up to date, I have received no response nor proof that they are doing proper investigation with my dispute. They ignored my rights to obtain an accurate credit report. They are non compliant with the FCRA. These erroneous reports badly hurt my credibility. Now I've started the mortgage process to secure a home for my family and this negative account is still showing on my credit reports. Complaint What Happened This account was opened due to fraud and I have no knowledge of it. I submittied a complaint and was only given dates of when this account was opened, charged off, and paid off and the thing is that I never ordered any items from them and never made a payment to these people. Giving me these dates wont resolve my problem and the fact that I never opened this account to begin with. There are numerous people having this same issue with this company and it is clear that they are not doing anything about it. I will get all my bank statements from the date that you guys claimed that I supposedly made a payment and maybe you will finally seee that I never made this payment you are referring to.
