At Building 13, on a new construction multi-family residential temporary worksite: On or about July 20, 2021, the employer exposed an employee to a 10-foot fall hazard, in that an employee was conducting painting operations in a JLG 660SJ telescopic aerial lift without a body belt or lanyard. The Tomas Drywall, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335105, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 26, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 9095 Airway Drive, Building #1, Pensacola, FL 32514.
