Fraudulent collection attempts and unjustified credit reports since XX/XX/XXXX.
I have spoken to this people over the phone years ago, like 5-6 years ago and instead of providing me with a debt validation, they proceeded to sell this to a collection agency. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a Debt Verification Letter request and they have failed to update the account as being disputed and failed to reply to my verification letter. The collection agency in question is SECURITY CREDIT SYSTEM. This is a XXXX XXXX and is fraudulent.
