Complaint What Happened	Received three mailings from XXXX, The XXXX XXXX XXXX at the end of XX/XX/XXXX. One stating account is delinquent, one with a Final Settlement Offer and one a statement copy. Account number XXXX. Called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX. I advised that I had never had an account with XXXX. She asked for the last four of my SSN and confirmed that I am not the person they are looking for. Received another mailing dated XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX Administrative Offices, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX Credit Card account. Called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX. He could n't find any record. Sounded clueless. Two phone calls now, one on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX, voice mail stating I needed to call. I did n't. Another call today and my XXXX year old mom answered. Rude gentleman stating I needed to call. Claims he is from some Recovery service. Same number XXXX. I do n't owe XXXX anything. I 've never even set foot in a XXXX store. I want whoever this is to stop calling and harassing me. The calls upset my mom.
