I have been paying Nav {$49.00} monthly for the past year for their business credit services, totaling {$720.00}. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the gross ineffectiveness of their services and to seek a full refund.
Ineffective Services : Despite adhering to Nav 's program and paying the fees, I have been consistently denied business credit cards. Nav 's services have failed to improve my business credit profile, which is contrary to the expectations set by their marketing materials and sales representatives. Specifically, my applications for business credit cards were rejected by several institutions, citing insufficient creditworthinessa direct indicator that Nav 's services did not deliver as promised.
Lack of Guidance on Business Credit Building : Nav 's service was supposed to help me build a strong business credit profile by providing tailored advice and actionable steps. However, I received generic and often irrelevant recommendations that did not align with my business needs or improve my creditworthiness. The absence of personalized and effective strategies contributed significantly to the repeated credit card application denials.
No Improvement in Credit Scores : Over the course of the year, there was no noticeable improvement in my business credit scores. Nav 's platform failed to provide any significant insights or actionable advice that could lead to an enhancement in my credit profile. The lack of progress is particularly concerning given the financial investment I made in their services.
Business Changes : I also recently transitioned my LLC to an anonymous state and obtained a new EIN number. Due to this change, I did not renew my LLC in the original state, effectively resetting my business credit status. Nav provided no guidance or support during this transition, further highlighting their lack of effective service and customer support.
Financial Loss and Emotional Distress : The {$720.00} spent on Nav 's services represents a significant financial burden, especially for a small business like mine. The continual denials of credit applications have not only impacted my business operations but have also caused considerable stress and XXXX. Additionally, the time and effort spent on these applications, with the expectation of improved credit prospects, were wasted.
Failure to Meet Promises : Nav 's terms and conditions, as well as their promotional materials, suggest a degree of service and support that was never realized. The specific provisions in their terms related to " NO WARRANTY BY NAV '' and " LIMITATION OF LIABILITY '' do not excuse the fundamental failure to deliver the basic services promised. Nav 's lack of actionable insights and tangible improvements in my business credit profile constitutes a breach of contract and deceptive business practices.
Lack of Transparency and Communication : : Their platform 's recommendations were often vague and generic, lacking the tailored insights necessary for meaningful progress. Despite numerous attempts to seek guidance, Nav 's customer service was alarmingly unresponsive. Even on several occasions, I requested a payment extension or a temporary pause in payments due to temporary financial difficulties. Nav did not respond to these requests and continued to process payments, which led to my account being overdrawn and incurring additional overdraft fees. This lack of flexibility and communication exacerbated my financial situation and demonstrated a disregard for customer circumstances. This persistent lack of communication and support not only hindered my efforts to build business credit but also highlighted a profound disregard for their customers ' needs and concerns. The absence of practical solutions and timely assistance is indicative of Nav 's systemic failure to fulfill their service promises, leaving me without the expert advice and support that I continued to pay for.
