Complaint What Happened	My reason to complain about the same company I filed a complaint on. Its because theyre very disrespectful and its always some kinda threat. This time some guy called XXXX emailed me. Saying that I was lying about mi situation but they would still approve my deferment request. Everything was sarcastic and felt very disrespectful. I dont wan na work with them anymore I feel like theyre gon na make XXXX living for me the next periods.

Complaint What Happened	AMERICAN CYCLE FINANCE INC. is the company Im working with to finance a motorcycle. I had been doing my payments and never missed XXXX. Until I got intro financial trouble due to an accident in traffic ( nothing minor ) but I had to pay a bill for a XXXX and XXXX which is the only person that works in this company is very nasty to deal with. I asked if I had the option to put XXXX of the payments at the end of the loan. He denied any type of help and kept charging my account knowing I didnt have the money. When I told him I had the money. He didnt charge when he was supposed to and then charge me extra fees. When confronted he started raising his voice and getting violent. Its impossible to deal with this company I dont feel safe with them. They feel very scammy. When I check the reviews nobody is really happy with them, even when they finish paying their loan they still cant get the title. How can a company like this stay on business? None of the customer are happy and everybody complains about the same. I feel they should be held accountable.
