Description denial of habeas corpus ~ Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied.From 1992 to the present, John Bailey has initiated thirty-eight proceedings inthis court regarding his criminal charges in Pinellas County circuit court case number91-CF-19920. In appeal 2D92-4519, this court reversed and remanded for entry of ajudgment on three counts of felonious possession of a firearm and for resentencing.Bailey v. State, 637 So. 2d 333, 335 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994).In appeals 2D96-934, 2D01-3642, 2D01-5379, 2D02-2429, and 2D03-4376, thiscourt affirmed orders denying Bailey's various postconviction motions. This courtdismissed appeals 2D94-4500 and 2D06-3738. Bailey voluntarily dismissed appeals2D95-4370 and 2D01-980. In appeal 2D00-4212, this court reversed and remanded forthe trial court to reinstate the jail credit originally awarded in 1994. Bailey v.
