Complaint What Happened	I had been making payments for two years on my car. I had a XXXX and was hospitalized. I became 3 months behind. My wife got a job because I became XXXX. All other creditors worked with me wonderfully. Ended up with XXXX I spoke with this company all the time. They always gave vague answers, I was threatened by XXXX XXXX, lied to, my contradicting emails. The impersonated the State of Florida Circuit and Civil court, they made up a fake case number for A state of Florida court. All while I was trying to get a straight answer on " if I make one payment, will you make some arrangements with me? '' There answer was always make the payment and well see, knowing they were already trying to repossess the car. I am also contacting state attorney about the fake written notice from the court that was hung on my front gate.
