Complaint What Happened	I received a letter from RTR Financial Services dated XX/XX/XXXX about a balance owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It said I had until XX/XX/XXXX to dispute the debt. I mailed a letter to RTR Financial Services on XX/XX/XXXX showing them a letter from my health plan that says they have approved the claim for payment for the exact amount still due but couldn't provide an actual date it would be paid. I told RTR to never contact me again about the debt. I received another letter dated XX/XX/XXXX so I resent the prior communication by mail and once again told them to cease and desist. I received an automated phone call/voicemail today XX/XX/XXXX to my mobile phone from XXXX which is a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They are also in violation of the FDCPA by continuing to contact me after they have been told to cease and desist.
