Description | ORD-Sua Sponte Dismissed for Lack of Jurisdiction ~ On February 25, 2019, this court issued an order to show cause as to why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, as the underlying case was removed to federal court. Appellant did not respond. It is ORDERED sua sponte that this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as the underlying case, CACE17-005495, was removed to federal court on May 22, 2018, and there is no order of remand such that the state court could reassume jurisdiction.
