On or about January 22, 2015 on a low slop roof on the south side of a 4/12 pitch of a new construction building, two employees installing metal decking were not protected from a 25 foot fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system. Ed Emmons Steel Erectors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962623, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 501 Pickens Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32503. |
