Complaint What Happened	DISPUTE WITH MIDSTATE COLLECTION SOLUTIONS I XXXX XXXX believes that there ar e medical collections posted on my credit bureaus where my rights under the agreement established with all credit bureaus was violated. This agreement states as follows : A medical collection can not be posted by any affiliated bureau agency until a 180-day notice has been submitted to the consumer. This rule was an agreement established to see if insurance would pick up the cost or if the cost could be factored and negotiated between the parties. At no time was XXXX XXXX given this 180-day notice and the postings of all medical debts by the subscribed collection agency is a violation of my rights agreed upon by the bureaus with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in XX/XX/2015, as well as my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. This agency is in violation in its subscriber agreement with each pertinent credit reporting agency, and all references to any collection process must be deleted permanently on all bureaus. XXXX XXXX
