The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a) Paint Station: On or about May 22, 2023, the employer exposed employees to slips and falls in that, the eye wash and body drench station did not have drainage installed which allowed water to flow onto the floor.
