Complaint What Happened	I received a letter from Capital Recovery Systems located in Michigan. They claim I owe money for judgements to a PA court from XX/XX/1998. This was something resolved with another Court. Additionally, they are claiming ridiculous amounts. 20 years ... really? Collection Agencies shouldn't buy ( get consign ) old debt to harass people. I am in process of buying a new home for my Mother. She had a XXXX and the XXXX system failed her ... so I am doing what I can to make her life easier and help her recover. In the midst of making progress, Evil ( Collection Agencies ) try to stop progress. HELP!
