Account Resolution is furnishing on my credit report and I have no idea who this company is. I do not have a contract with them as I have asked them to provide me with a contract with my sign signature proving with this company that I have done business with them. They have failed to send me a copy of that, I believe this has to be some sort of form of identity theft because I am unaware of the amount, the account number, and this in the company, how did this company obtain my personal information? Also, this company isnt even licensed in the state of Florida to collect the debt. Why is this allowed on my credit report as I have disputed this numerous times?
According to 15 USC 1681eb maximum accuracy on the consumer report. also, there are multiple inaccuracies reporting on this account and account doesnt report collection every single month illegally updating the amount collections arent to report past due balances. This company is re-aging illegally the debt. Nothing about any of this is accurate it needs to be delete it.
