I keep getting calls from Concord Servicing Corp Phone number XXXX. They are looking for a " XXXX, XXXX ''. I am not that person. I have called them and emailed them asking them to remove my number from their system and to stop calling me. They continue to call. Please make them stop.

I did sign a contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to finance my solar system with XXXX XXXX. XXXX did not install any system and they call me to cancel their contract because they could not install the solar system as the city want it to. XXXX even told me : XXXX XXXX the supervisor : " We usually have an inspector to sign our installation in every city but in the XXXX XXXX we do not know anyone there, they will not approve our installation. We will need to cancel our contract ''.
Despite they do not install the solar system, they damage my roof, they are sending me letters, calling on the phone, threaten me to put a line on my house for non-payment.
I did contact them and write them letter. They still want me to pay them XXXX dollars for service and products they did not provide.
I did stop with my bank the automatic payment that was provide when I was signing the contract.
Please help me stop those two company harassing me via phone and letters. I do not owe them any money because they breach their contract. I do not have system solar installation

I have a solar loan that was originally through XXXX, formerly known as XXXX. I am in the process of selling my house and the loan contains a clause that permits the assumption of the Loan by a qualified third party, subject to the conditions set forth within the agreement. An agreement conducted and executed in accordance with the TILA. I was sent an Assumption form from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The form was completed by my XXXX and returned on XX/XX/XXXX. We never heard anything back from XXXX about the account. The XXXX XXXX attempted to get access to the account and was unable to get into the account on XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to XXXX to attempt to identify and resolve the issue to discover that on XX/XX/XXXX my loan was transferred to a different company, the day before my assumption information was sent to me. I reached out to the new company handling my account, Concord Servicing. Concord Servicing handles the account for a company called XXXX, but there is no way to call the XXXX company according to the Concord Servicing call center. After asking Concord Servicing to send an Assumptions packet so we can start the process for the second time, now with the correct company, I was informed that " XXXX has decided to not allow any Solar loan to be assumable. '' In my opinion, this refusal to permit the loan assumption constitutes a breach of contract. There has been multiple attempts to contact and resolve this issue both by phone calls and emails from myself and my real estate team handling the sale of my home. Every time we call we are told to send an email and that they will reply within 7-10 business days. They will not attempt to escalate anything and they will not open the email box and look at any communications that are sent to them. I was told the wrong email address twice during this process. Started Calls to this company on XX/XX/XXXX and emails started on the XXXX.

In XX/XX/XXXX we consented to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Direct Install program. A letter was finally emailed to us on XX/XX/XXXX notifying us that the first payment was due back on XX/XX/XXXX and to a company by the name of Concord Servicing Corporation. The letter did not have our correct mailing address. We mailed the XXXX letter with corrections and included a check for {$1100.00} ( six months of payment ) to Concord Servicing Corporation. We received a letter from Concord Servicing Corporation in XX/XX/XXXX for a second loan ( Smart Start Program ). We called the company and asked them what is the status of the first loan ( Direct Install ). Come to find out, XXXX still had not updated their records to the correct mailing address. To date, we called them several times, emailed them, and sent them a certified return letter. They have credited us back {$35.00} in late fees ; however, we found out today that when the first check was received, they applied the payment towards the late fee leaving a balance of {$170.00} ( {$20.00} in late fees ) They should had back dated the credit for the late fees ( {$35.00} ). To this date, Concord Servicing Corporation has never applied the {$170.00} and the Customer Service Representative does not know what happen to the {$170.00} and the company continues to charge us a late fee every month. We have made every monthly payment due by the required due date.

XX/XX/24 I reached out to ConcordXXXX XXXX XXXX to request a deferment request as a result of a XXXX disaster which impacted the property. I have called 6 times since then and keep getting advised that they will follow up on it. I received an email stating the ticket was processed and closed but there is no decision on the request. I was just advised that now that the account is about 12 days late that when they get a response it may not be approved. Also, I would like to advise that based on the recommendation from the Company XXXX that I obtained this loan they had me payoff an existing unsecured personal loan ( XXXX ) with the proceeds to provide another loan. I noticed I have an open XXXX lien for this account, but it should not be listed as such as the proceeds were used to pay off an existing unsecured loan by the agent.

We opened a loan thru XXXX XXXX back in XXXX. The loan was sold or transferred to Concord XXXX last year either XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. We were not notified about this. It was not till I called to make a payment with XXXX. That I was told it was sold to Concord. So Concord sold it back to XXXX in XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. Concord is showing they closed the account and charged off the account balance of {$7500.00} amd still showing on my credit report that I owe them {$7500.00}. Even though they sold it or sent it back to XXXX with the same amount of {$7500.00} due on the loan. This loan is paid off thru XXXX. I filed a dispute with experian. They said all the info was correct from Concord and would not change the negative reporting on the credit report. I have spoken to Concord multiple times the last 2 months. They are still saying they show no balance due. But refuse to contact the credit agencies to remove the false information.
