Based on your description, it appears that I have been a victim of fraudulent billing practices by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. As a retired physician with expertise in medical billing and collections, I am well-positioned to recognize and report such fraudulent activities.

I am writing to inform you that my identity may have been compromised, and I believe it is linked to an incident that occurred several years ago at the airport. I lost my wallet and luggage at the airport. My wallet contained my driver 's license, social security card, and several credit cards. Despite my efforts to locate the wallet, it was never recovered. Since then, I have noticed suspicious activity on my credit report, including this unauthorized account. I am concerned that my personal information may have been stolen and used to commit identity theft. I am taking steps to protect my identity, such as filing a police report and placing fraud alerts with the credit bureaus. I am continuing to monitor my own accounts and credit reports

Hello, I am disputing this bill because it was never submitted to my XXXX Insurance Provider. Instead, they are billing me in full. I have contacted their Billing Representative on several occasions and each time she said she would process the bill and send it to my carrier. This has yet to happen. She also explained that this is an error on their end and that she would fix the issue. They have all of my provider information but they have not processed it. This has been going on for over XXXX years now and they have yet to resolve the complaint. I want this removed from my credit report immediately and my insurance carrier needs to be charged for the outstanding balance. Once this has been done, I will be happy to pay my portion of the bill. Each time I contacted the Billing Manager she said that is what they would do. Again, please remove this from my credit report immediately as this is their billing error not mine.

recently there was a motorcycle accident and I was asked to pay for the damages and I agreed to ay the amount they asked for which i did $ XXXX at that time I asked if this was the total amount and the collector stated yes. XXXX he is stating that I have to ay them another XXXX dollars and I also said i would do so, I have been making payments every month of {$100.00} sent to them by money order with the XXXX ID # XXXX I have not missed a payment. Now this collector XXXX XXXX of the National Service Bureau, has threatened to have my drivers license suspended, is rude calls me and says that the way i am paying is not acceptable he wants my bank account number and has even told me to just go the store and buy a pre paid card and give him that number, when i stated that no i would not and he can not have my bank account number he hung up, He is very nasty and rude even after I have been making these payment as i stated i would. If he does not like the money orders then maybe he should bay this additional money himself. I am afraid if i argue with this individual he will cause me to loose my job and he will have my drivers license suspended because i have not done it in the way he wants.
They are getting their money and i feel this harassments is uncalled for and this is causing me great distress. I am trying to do the right thing and he is going to make it so that i just say NO MORE if he does not stop the never ending harassment 's

I am writing to complain about the debt collection practices of the National Service Bureau. On XX/XX/ at approximately XXXXXXXX XXXX, a representative from the National Service Bureau called my father, who is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and told him that they were from XXXX XXXX XXXX and that I would have my driver 's license suspended if I did not pay a debt of {$3200.00} for a car accident I was involved in, in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
I have already told the National Service Bureau I am not responsible for this debt. I had a car accident in Florida in XXXX of XXXX, where there was slight damage to another driver 's car. The other driver made a claim for an outrageous sum of more than {$3200.00}, which I did not agree to or consent to. I assume that they had additional unrelated work done to their car, which could be the only explanation for this. I was found not to be at fault for the accident by the state of Florida, and the case was dismissed on XX/XX/ case # XXXX, XXXX However, the National Service Bureau continued to harass me and threaten me.
I believe that the National Service Bureau has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) in the following ways : They impersonated a representative of XXXX XXXX XXXX.
They contacted my father, a third party, about the debt without my permission.
Disclosing a consumer 's debt to third parties without their permission is a major violation.
They threatened to take actions they could not legally take, such as suspending my driver 's license.
They are now Harassing and threatening myself and my father They are making false or misleading statements They continued to harass me and threaten me, even after I told them I was not responsible for the d ebt and that the claim was unjust.
I am requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigate the National Service Bureau for violations of the FDCPA. I am also requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau order the National Service Bureau to cease and desist from harassing and threatening me and throwing away this outrageous and baseless claim against me.
