On or about February 1, 2023, at the pre-fabrication shop; the employer did not ensure that employees, cutting notches from wood trusses with a handheld DeWalt 7-1/4" Worm Drive Circular Saw (Model: DWS535B (120V and 4800/min (RPM)), secured the work piece to a stable surface in order to allow a firm grip with both hands on the saw and away from the cutting area. |
