On or about March 6, 2018, in the glue spray area, the employer failed to ensure that any employee conducting spray glue-assembly operations were wearing appropriate eye protection. The glue-assembly workers were observed wearing safety glasses, instead of goggles, which did not provide adequate protection from glue spray vapors and particles. |
