Complaint What Happened Recently it has been brought to my attention that there are 3 items on my XXXX credit report, which I could not recognize. These accounts are as follows : XXXX - {$240.00} XXXX - {$85.00} XXXX - {$60.00} I have disputed the accounts through Evergreen Professional Recoveries directly on XX/XX/2021 and have requested to validate the debt and send me proof of all statements with original dates and account numbers. I provided them with my current address and additional contact information, and gave them permission to contact me anytime. It has been over a month and I still haven't received anything. I called them on XX/XX/2021 to find out what is going on. I did leave a voice mail. I was also told that I will receive a phone call back from someone who will be able to assist me, and no one called me back. I finally called again and was talking to a person who was working on validating this debt. He was very rude and started yelling at me when I told him that 30 days for validating the debt has passed. He said that they have 30 days to validate the debt, but there is no limit on how long it takes them to send it to me. In addition he said that these are some medical bills which belong to me and that they are waiting for more information to come. I had insurance and am not aware of why any past balances due. This conversation was not professional, I wasn't offered a resolution, no proof and documentations of any kind. The manager claimed the debts were validated yet I hadnt received the documents alleging these are valid debts afforded to me by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( a ) within the 30 days window.
