BANK XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, JPMCB CARD, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX put negative information about me to the credit bureaus. These companies are attempting to collect a debt on the basis of XXXX. These companies breach of fiduciary duties, failure of consideration, misrepresentation of material fact, unjust enrichment, no loan or consideration was given. I understand that you shouldn't put any information on my credit file unless I authorized. Provide me with strict proof section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) I authorized this account such as signed applications and contract in wet signature showing, invoice accordance with Bills of Exchange Act 1882 and the actual accounting shows a loss. Provide proof claim with evidence you have legal and lawful authority with to collect. Failure to substantiate the claim, please settle account immediately. I'm challenging this account with these credit card companies. I will further pursue all of my legal remedy without further notice to credit card companies. In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reported that Chase JPMCB reported that I paid off an account in settlement for less than full balance. That never happened. I called Chase and they said that the account was closed with a XXXX balance and they do not show that I paid in settlement, which was the truth, but the credit bureau says that Chase is reporting to them that it was paid in settlement which did not happen. Chase tells me on the phone when I talk to their credit reporting department ( 3 times, every XXXX weeks ) that they, Chase, are not reporting it that way and that it is XXXX 's error, not their error. XXXX says it is done automatically and although I have disputed it XXXX times through the XXXX automatic system that Chase reports back the same error. This account was never in default or paid late and it was normally closed after the balance had been paid. There is no documentation that anyone has to show other than I paid it in full every month then closed the account ending in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX with a XXXX balance. I have this in writing from Chase dated XX/XX/XXXX. The credit bureau refused to accept the letter I send them and Chase refuses to send them an elevated letter claiming I did not pay this in settlement and that it was closed with a XXXX balance and NO SETTLEMENT was involved EVER.

In XX/XX/XXXX, after much research on our best options for a new CC, my husband and I opened a Chase Freedom Unlimited credit card which was supposed to include a {$250.00} sign up bonus after spending {$500.00} in the first 3 months. We have spent well over {$500.00} and have never seen the expected {$250.00} bonus - not in the form of a statement credit, and not in the form of points added to our balance on the card.
Our first purchase was made on XX/XX/XXXX, and now that we are past the 90 days mark since that initial transaction occurred, I reached out to Chase on their " secure message '' feature on the website to inquire when we should expect the funds. I was told that we were never to receive them, that the only sign up perk on this card was 1.5 % additional earnings on all spends up to $ XXXX in the first 12 months.
I replied back and advised that this was meant to be IN ADDITION to the {$250.00} sign up bonus when we applied... when we signed up we were promised the same bonus that is currently being extended - screen shots attached for reference.
I replied again advising this is incorrect and that the whole reason we chose the Chase Freedom card was because they were extending an offer for both {$250.00} AND the 1.5 % additional earnings .... They replied again today accusing me of trying to get a " richer offer '' and saying that the only offer extended to me is the 1.5 % additional earnings offer.
I have looked into this online and found MULTIPLE members complaining of the same experience with Chase when signing up for a new card and then not receiving the bonus that was originally offered on the promotion at the time they applied for their credit card through Chase. I let Chase bank know in my most recent message response that I would be contacting the CFPB to help spread awareness so that future members do not find themselves in this same position.
