Riviera Beach, FL 33407 production facility, an employee fabricating pavers (OMAG dry side operator) was exposed to a respirable crystalline silica level of 58.346 micrograms/cubic meter, which exceeds the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms/cubic meter. The sampling was performed for 480 minutes. The Old Castle APG South Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1000(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1035453, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 07/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4083 Bonsal Rd Conley Georgia, 30288.
