ORD-WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL ~ The motion to withdraw as counsel for the appellants filed by Attorney Leland Wilson is granted. Attorney Wilson and the law firm of Denali Law Group P.A. are relieved of further appellate responsibilities. Appellants Jack E. Zipf and Mary Darlene Zipf in their capacity as individuals shall proceed pro se, without prejudice to retaining new counsel. However, Jack E. Zipf and Mary Darlene Zipf in their capacity as trustees of the Jack E. Zipf and Mary Darlene Zipf Revocable Trust Agreement must obtain counsel in order to continue to participate in this appeal in that capacity. See EHQF Trust v. S & A Capital Partners, Inc., 947 So. 2d 606 (Fla. 4th DCA 2007). Appellants may secure new counsel, who must file a notice of appearance in this court, within 30 days of the date of this order. This appeal will proceed on the basis of the initial brief already filed on January 3, 2023.
