The windshield was not repaired until February 27, 2020.

On or about May 21, 2020 the employer allowed the use of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic pipes for the transmission of compressed air, above ground, at the employees face level, exposing employees to struck by hazards as pipes can rupture and shatter relatively easily when subjected to high-pressure compressed air, sending sharp pieces of shrapnel flying through the air.
