ORD-STRICKEN AS UNAUTHORIZED ~ In this final civil appeal, the record on appeal must be transmitted by the lower tribunal clerk in accordance with Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.110(e) and 9.200. In addition, appellant must serve an initial brief that includes citations to the record on appeal in accordance with rules 9.110(f) and 9.210(b)(3). Appellant filed a "Motion for Oral Argument," stating that appellant was "sending my evidence" together with a copy of the lower tribunal Case Summary and several documents. The Case Summary and documents filed by appellant on November 14, 2023, are stricken as unauthorized. This order is without prejudice to appellant's serving an appendix with his initial brief in accordance with rule 9.220 that includes those portions of the record deemed necessary to an understanding of the issues presented.
