Tool room - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Clausing #3, Model 2286, Serial No. 522924) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. b. On or about 10/24/2019, at Interplex Sun Belt Inc., 6690 Hiatus Rd, Tamarac FL 33321. Tool room - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a lathe (i.e. Victor 1630, Asset M0057) that lacked a guard on its point of operation. c. On or about 1/29/2020, at Interplex Sun Belt Inc., 6690 Hiatus Rd, Tamarac FL 33321. Molding department - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a molding press (i.e. M-14, Nissei Model TH40-54SE) whose guard did not prevent employee from reaching into the point of operation. d. On or about 1/29/2020, at Interplex Sunbelt Inc., 6690 Hiatus Rd, Tamarac FL 33321.
