On or about August 25th, 2016, at the jobsite located at 7590 W 19th Ct. Hialeah, FL 33014, the employer did not ensure that employees use safety glasses that could be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses to avoid flying metals part that maybe produced during the rivets manufacturing. The employer, Universal Rivet, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.133(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978096, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22nd, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7590 W 19th Ct. Hialeah, FL 33014. |
