Previously, at the request of The Florida Bar, the Court deferred consideration of this case until after the Special Committee on Greater Public Access to Legal Services submitted its final report in December 2022. See In re Amends. Rules Regulating Fla. Bar—Chapter 23 Registered Online Service Provider Program, No. SC2019-2077 (Fla. Mar. 16, 2022).
