Petitioner filed a "Notice of Violation of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.210(b)" with this Court on August 6, 2024. The "Notice of Violation of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.210(b)" is treated as an amendment to the petition for writ of Habeas Corpus, filed with the Court on July 25, 2024, and is hereby stricken.
